Welcome Visitors

Thank you for taking a few moments to visit the website of Our Lady of the Assumption Roman Catholic Parish with worship sites in both Lucernemines and Coral, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.

Whether one has lived in our beautiful region their entire life or is simply traveling via an area highway, our parish has two beautiful church buildings wherein we both worship God and nourish the soul.  Gathering around the Lord’s word and altar for holy Mass, our parish family seeks the face of God who loves us tremendously and created us in his image and likeness.

The first woman doctor of the church, St. Teresa of Avila, once wrote “May God protect me from gloomy saints” and “Since Christ has so few friends, let us be good ones.” 

It is in that spirit of Christian discipleship that we at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish seek to be good friends of God and radiate his joy to all the world. Again welcome to our website and thank you for sharing a few minutes of your time with us.

Worship With Us

Visitors are welcomed at either worship site. The Lucernemines Site is located at 403 Lucernemines Rd., Lucernemines, Pa. Our Coral Site is located at 250 First Street, Coral, Pa. 

Weekend Mass Times
Saturday: 4:00 p.m. Lucerne Site 6:00 p.m. Coral Site
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. Coral Site 11:00 a.m. Lucerne Site

Joining Our Parish

​​If you would like to join Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, please complete the Family Census Form. The form may be returned to the parish office in the offertory, by mail, or by email to our parish secretary/office coordinator. ​​​​
